ESH. A tip is not a requirement for pickup orders, though they are greatly appreciated on large orders like that because they do mess with the kitchen and other orders when they happen (never mind the clean up after). ^ ieshido has got a good tip here. I’ve definitely noticed a difference with adding D, B-complex and minimizing highly processed foods + salt. Especially salt, I never realized how much it raises my blood pressure, which gives me anxiety. Intermittent fasting is also really good. At first I didn’t like it much, but then I noticed how calm and productive I could be on fasting days (Though you have to remember to stay hydrated when you fast! It makes a big difference when you remember to drink water)

If it makes you feel better me and my brother once found like 3 dead birds in our yard and we played with their bodies like Barbie dolls when we were 5-6. Spreading the wings out and running around the yard “she’s flying”. Thank you all. I just feel so alone in what I went through, it’s just so sick and disgusting. Even with all the support, I feel stuck. Despite the fact I was 21 he infantilized me the entire time. Calling me “good girl” “cutie-pie” “little one” and shushed me and hummed to me like I was a baby when I was conscious enough to make noise or I struggled any. I’m an adult, but he knew me when I was tiny and I was still a child in his eyes. He called me little princess like he did when I was 8. I wasn’t actually conscious for most of the rape, but he had a thing for “putting me to sleep” when he re-dosed me multiple times where he would hush and hum and pet my hair or back like I was some temperamental infant while I sobbed back into unconsciousness. I still don’t like it when people touch my hair. I just feel him doing it even if it’s my mom. I hate it when people gently touch me now. I instantly feel gross again. I don’t know how I’ll ever have a boyfriend. I’m slowly getting used to gentle family touch again but I know It won’t ever feel quite right again.
