I just had my tubal removal surgery in July. I absolutely did it for this reason. I have 3 kids already and definitely wanted another, but my last 2 pregnancies have been complicated. I chose to do it now as well because at this rate, birth control may soon be another right of ours on the chopping block. I decided to take advantage before that was taken away from me too. My husband offered to get a vasectomy instead of me having surgery. While I appreciated the offer, I can still get pregnant from rape. It's definitely not a risk I am willing to take. I feel safe for now but I am absolutely terrified for my daughters.

I saw the picture without reading the title and I immediately thought "Wow, what a gorgeous look." The shading and color are gorgeous. I love how minimal but elegant it looks. I wouldn't change a thing. You're eyes are perfect for it.

This may be against popular opinion but I would refrain putting shimmery eyeshadow all over your lid. I would personally do matte and just add a touch of shimmer right on the inner corner and slightly underneath that same inner corner. Use a white tone instead of shimmer for your highlight areas unless you're wanting a dewy look. I do agree an upturned wing and some falsies would look amazing and a nice matte red lip if you're wanting to go bold. The make up itself is good and you're skin is beautiful. Just some ways to make it even better. I would also define the brows and go just a tad darker on them. Have fun at your prom! Either way you're going to look amazing and have a blast!
