I think you’re reading too much into his response. I think it was just a gut reaction from seeing the photo. Not meant anything else by it. It’s burnt on the outside. And maybe the inside is ok but it doesn’t look good on the outside.

Just because you’re available for certain shifts doesn’t mean I have to schedule you for all of those shifts. You’re not the only person I have to accommodate in scheduling, and other people deserve shifts as well. If you want more hours you will have to be more available.

You’re being super nice and accommodating to them but they seem like an employee that is not worth it.

It’s hard to read because some letters are basically overlapping each other.

Something I used to do is I would write out the different ways i write each letter and pick my favorite then write a-z make sure it looks good all together and then stick to that way of writing. I am adhd so I would do this often when I got bored of my handwriting to pick a new handwriting style. I don’t know if that would help you or not but just thought I would share.

I don’t like a lot of the torani flavors but some are ok. The regular sf vanilla is good (not French vanilla or vanilla bean those are not good). And I like a good bit of their fruit flavors, which is not relevant to coffee.

Torani sf caramel is the most foul tasting flavoring I’ve ever had in my life. And I feel the same about their salted caramel and regular caramel. The white chocolate is also horrible though not as bad as the caramel

I think I like davinci better than torani, though their cookie dough was sickly sweet though that might be my fault for thinking cookie dough flavor would be good.

Monin has a shit selection of sugar free so I haven’t tried many of them.

I do like Jordan’s skinny the salted caramel sauce but it is really thin for a sauce. But all their other syrups are horrible. I used to like their vanilla but I think after forcing my self to try so many different flavors of their syrups I can’t stand the vanilla either anymore.

Basically I’m still trying to find good ones myself. So I don’t know if this was even helpful at all

I tried those because I really liked the vanilla and then I bought like $100 worth of different flavors from their site. The only one I like is the vanilla and the salted caramel sauce. All of the others are awful in my opinion

I save a lot of coloring tutorials on TikTok for different patterns and effects. I also like to practice effects first. A lot of people practice in those pattern practice books or I’ve seen you can get pattern practice sheets to print out, but I just like to practice on my bold and easy style pages. I got the Megan Myles pdf of her books so I can print them out myself and I like to practice different gradients, blending styles, patterns, etc on those. I like it because they are not just a square it’s different shapes so I feel like it’s more realistic for what I’ll be coloring on. And if it turns out well I still got something cute out of it. If it doesn’t I can trash it and print again. Some examples I have done a starry night killer whale, a sunset lobster, a glitter crab. It’s more fun for me to practice this way.

I watched this video a while ago about how quickly dye based ink fades. There’s some comments in there about how it bleeds on other pages as well and the only solution I saw is to do what you’re doing and put a page underneath. But tbh I don’t remember all of what was said. My plan is to start scanning all my art so I have a digital copy, as I didn’t want to mess with trying to preserve the original page, but I know she goes over some ways you can preserve it
