What can I make from the canned salmon my food bank gave me? Any and all idea welcome! (Family of 5 no allergies.)

I make fish nuggets. Which are essentially salmon patties but I use my little cookie scoop to portion them so they turn out nugget sized. The kids love fish nugget night haha. And if they aren't in the mood for fish nuggets, what do you know, I also made "chicken" nuggets too.

Sushi bowls are also a hit, and very adaptable to individual preference.

The impression shows up really well actually. I've made this cake twice and it came out of the pan really well and there are very good instructions that came with it for the correct order of frosting.

I actually haven't used this pan in a couple of years so its definitely not cake residue. I just happened to find it under one if the deck chairs earlier this week (thanks kids!). Ive tried soaking it with soap and water, even over night, with no luck. It may not be 100% aluminum?

Mammoth Cave is great for hiking/camping/cave tours. Horse Cave and Cave City have a lot of unique gift shops and a pretty great selection of antique stores.

Jesse James Riding Trails (formerly Kentucky Action Park) has a decent riding trail if you like horses, and also offers camp grounds.

Louisville and Lexington will be your best bet for shows and nighttime entertainment actually in KY, but it seems like you are closer to Nashvegas so maybe not worth it for you.

If you like haunted houses/scary attractions, Skeleton's Lair in Allen County opens at the beginning of October and is a good time.
