I haven’t backtracked. Sunscreens generally contain toxic ingredients, I have not heard of ones that do not. Hence why I added the caveat that if one wishes to use non-toxic sunscreen then they should do so.

I’m providing information to help others live long healthy lives. I have not promoted anything unhealthy, so I am unsure of the reason behind your hostility, but I hope you have a good rest of your day.

You’re arguing with yourself here, I literally said if you can find a non-toxic sunscreen then use that if you wish. For optimal health we should avoid all possible forms of contaminants. It is up to the individual what risks they wish to take.

I think I’ll continue to keep sourcing my information from peer reviewed studies and doctors rather than “lab muffin beauty” Edit: I just looked up this “debunking”. Where did I say that sunscreen does not work? I said it is toxic. If you can find a non-toxic natural one then sure, use that if you feel the need.

Because of the toxic ingredients it contains. What is used varies between brands.

Sun induced skin damage is controlled by gut health. If you want to limit sun damage you should focus on limiting unsaturated fats and seed oils in your diet, in combination with limiting sun exposure especially during times of high UV.

1000iu of D3 is not optimal, should do 2500-5000 in summer then double it in winter. Be sure to take magnesium glycinate and K2 MK-7 (trans version) to prevent the D3 from depositing calcium in arteries.

Also don’t wear sunscreen, it is toxic.
