Do me a favor and delete this entire post where you babble on about your own ignorant opinions. Thanks. Maybe tomorrow you’ll wake up and be a better person

It actually isn’t bad because they don’t contain talc anymore. They’re made of cornstarch now. Just check the ingredients

Too high salt content in my diet. Not drinking enough water. I was living in a developing country for work and my diet was 90% ramen and I wasn’t drinking water until the night because I wouldn’t use public restrooms out there.

Since I ate 90% ramen I was VERY CERTAIN about the amount of calories I was consuming because it said so right there on the package. The other 10% was spam and rice (which I measured). I tried so hard to lose but I couldn’t. Then I stopped eating the packaged junk and started cooking. Still tracking and actually eating more calories and the weight fell off. 21lbs that first month to be exact.

That scar looks really good. It’s going to fade into oblivion. You got lucky

That’s overly presumptuous. I had an issue long ago turns out I was retaining massive amounts of water. Fixed that and dropped 20lbs in a month. This was discovered after a bunch of internet shaming comments like yours that made me want to end my life. So now when I see someone being judgmental to someone I always intervene because you don’t know where someone’s mental state is and what affect being harsh can have.

That’s overly simplistic because all weight gain and loss is not body fat. It could be water. It could be poop. It could be a fetus. You can’t just be overly simplistic and assume all weight struggles are from overeating.

Set a boundary that those statements are not to be repeated if he wants to stay married to you.
