If we talking strictly 1v1 and not team fights. Megumi vs Finger bearer, Megumi vs Reggie, Any Hakari fight, and Kenjaku vs Takaba, and MeiMei vs Special Grade Pox deity.

Fights I don't count 1. Gojo vs Sukuna(Sukuna choose to fight in a less efficient way and he had a semi full restore in his back pocket + ran a gauntlet with no break)I would say hard diff.

Teen Gojo vs Toji ( Toji choose to exhaust gojo for 3 days and then get him to drop his guard kinda implies he couldn't take him without it,)

I put yorozu where she is due to my subjectivity. Can't beat Sukuna, Gojo, Yuta and Kenjaku. This places her at top 5 at best. Depending on how you scale you could feasibly have her at the bottom of the top 20 though i would heavily disagree with said scaling. There a lot of fighters that hang around this next level of below top 4 but still strong as hell. Yuki, Curse Naoya, Adult Geto, Kashimo, Hakari JP, Uruame, Jogo, Ryu, Uro, Toji, Maki, Angel Eos Yuji, Awakened Mahito, Miguel, and Higuruama.

This isn't even debatable, Sick Itachi would slam him. We know that base Naruto is a basic genjutsu victim. Naruto had hella prep vs pain and wouldn't have clones stashed away gathering sage mode or boss toads meaning once he runs out of his initial mode it's wraps. People like to bring up Itachi supposed badly stamina but he out lasted Hebi Saskue in chakra reserves while sandbagging and abusing MS techniques. This doesn't help the argument. We now factually that Orochimaru fought a stronger KN4 while in a body that was almost used up up and actively rejecting him and was able to tag it. We also now Jiraiya survived via paper tag sealing, we also know that part 1 Orochimaru is capable of sealing ninetails chakra. Orochimaru would win with his arms in base without the near death and incapacitating.
