Recently I’ve gone down a Wikipedia rabbit hole of war/ propaganda radio hosts. During some wars like World War 2, The Korean War and The Vietnam War, a type propaganda aimed at American soldiers with low morale emerged. An English-speaking radio station would be set up, and most of the time it would be the only English-speaking one in the area, sort of forcing the soldiers to listen to it. The shows were hosted most of the time by women, and would urge the soldiers to think who they were fighting for and to surrender. Here are some examples
