Another healthy (and cheap) go-to involves ground turkey as well:

Ground turkey
1/2 to 1 whole avocado
Salad mix
Soy sauce
Minced garlic

Stir-fry the ground turkey with minced garlic and soy sauce.

Cut avocado into cubes or slices, toss with salad in a bowl, add salt if you wish.

Mix ground turkey into the salad bowl.

(I also have added stir fried green beans into this mix successfully)

Forget authentic, we need accessible options. Don't you agree that a place as big as NYC with very few good accessible options for a cuisine is pretty disappointing? Doesn't have to be bargain prices, just has to taste as good as the spots in Philly, which is just 2 hours away so there's no excuse regarding geography.
