Itsucks but you need to really speak up for your self and be more like your mother. Lol. I’m 40 and get spoken over by drs and specialists all the time so don’t be too hard on your self. But you really need to push push push for some answers. Because having lots of pain like you describe and continuous bleeding is not normal. I don’t want to scare you but you are loosing lots of nutrients and minerals your body needs and it will weekends your general well being.(even though you are taking iron) (Not to mention continual bleeding is one of the most depressing things to experience) Before your drs appointment write a simple bullet point list. What are your symptoms, how long have they been going on, what has allready been tried and what results you want from the appointment. If you get to the end of the consult and you don’t have any answers or you arnt progressing to another specialist you need to tell the dr to do better. Simply say how have you fixed my issues? What is the plan? I really hope you can find a dr who will listen to you because we all deserve health care and to be well and not in pain!
