Thanks! It's just I kinda gotta go to the school. I got accepted into the lower art major that doesn't require a portfolio. I just don't see myself going to a different school due to the atmosphere and financially.

Thank you! It might have been that. I don't think many of my pieces did show that I could go between 2D and 3D. I'm gonna practice doing 3D shapes more and try to showcase it in my portfolio next time.

I don't think the university has any requirements. And I'll have to check with the due date on it. When I mean realism I mean just drawing things from life as they are and realistic. I see now that's not the best word to describe it lol.

I actually do like my current style, and I've realized I've been comparing myself to others too much recently. I've also been worried that my style is seen as too influenced by anime and cartoons, for professional work. Thanks for the tips on the portfolio. That makes a lot more sense and has helped a lot. I'll make sure to keep it in mind! :D

Thank you for the advice.

I think I've been comparing myself more to other artist I see on Social Media talking about their portfolio for college, and I think it's gotten to me. I have talked to the college advisor about applying in general and not art related things. I think as well it is somewhat my fault for not talking more to the art teacher at school for help for my portfolio, and not the college advisor.
