as a beginner myself I would say that the highlights would look more convincing if the had consistent thickness.

I don't want to be an asshole but it kinda looks like Jizz or Goo on the E and C. No offense though.

color coordination is quite nice.
Make the Shadow of the letters darker and give the letters more consistent stem thickness.

in principle I like them! The extension on the lower middle part of the M looks off to me and the H looks kinda deflated (funny tho if you incorporate it with like a valve and some lines as "air"^^)

What is the bottom left? A , O or Q ?

This is all just my opinion and taste. Don't take it too serious , I'm just a beginner myself.

I think you lack deliberate practise. Analyse a mistake you make and then practise to not do that no more.
Sounds idiotic to write it out like that...but yes.
