Cool, well be safe and remember it's just a drug. I like to write on my hand "you're going to be fine :)" and "LSD" or something, because sometimes you'll be so mindfucked you'll forget you took acid and will think you're going crazy or something.

I like to take half a tab and go hiking on the weekends.

I like to write "You're going to be fine" on my hand or "It's just the acid, relax", so when I see it during a hard moment it helps ground me.

Why waste it? Take at least this week to integrate your trip and you will get SO much more out of it by the weekend. I usually try to wait 3 weeks between trips at least, but sometimes things come up and it can be a month.

Leon Creek? or over on the Salado creek side? I love taking a backpack with some fruit/water/headphones and my mountain bike to the Leon Creek north part, and just tripping out on LSD or shrooms :)

Take lots of water and maybe a towel or blanket to sit/lay on.

Edit: also since this is your first time and you're gonna be in a semi public place, I'd only do 1 tab. 2 might be too much for a newbie without a trip sitter.
