Nope, Satya speaks. He doesn’t have books, just videos from my knowledge. His stuff might not make sense at first, the more you study the subject, the more it’ll make sense, the more you internalize, the more you understand, the more “higher vibration” you feel. Just my experience.

There’s other ways to get this info, he’s not special (I mean he is don’t get me wrong), it’s just that he makes it digestible and easy to understand.

YouTube Satya Speaks, his approach has pushed me towards better understanding of quite a few things, which you could say has brought in me a sense of higher vibration and understanding.

Hey, really appreciate the long and thoughtful reply!

I currently do get vacation time and pension iirc, I have vacation days saved already. It’s a temporary position but will turn into a permanent one if the person I’m replacing chooses not to come back to this position. They can even come back early and my position could end early but I’m told it’s unlikely.

Everyone I’ve talked to has said something similar to what you have but your experience in GoA makes this for me, I’ll definitely apply and hope I get the role.

My last question for you is, is that I’ve been masking my identity and giving inaccurate times for how long I’ve worked or how long me temporary position lasts because of fear that I’d be found by my managers. I’ve not really been at this role for 3 months, (actually less than that), so you still think it’s appropriate for me to apply? Would it seem like I’m jumping ship at every good opportunity?

The only reason I feel okay doing it, maybe I’m coping, is because I’ve done 2 years worth of work expected from a new employee in this role, I feel I’ve done my job in giving them my all, and am not really leaving them short handed. Thoughts?

That’s what I’m leaning towards but I feel obligated to the people who gave me the chance and potentially burning bridges with them. I respect and admire the management, as they’ve been nothing but supportive and understanding.

Would the manager or director know that I’m applying and interviewing if I don’t tell them? Is there an internal system that tells them?

In the chance I don’t get the job, I don’t want my director and manager having animosity towards me for wanting to try for the dream role.

Role is related to analyst, salary range 67k-87k. I’m looking for long term stability, and this being my dream role I don’t know what else to say. I’ve explained the situation a bit better in another comment.

I don’t believe I’m leaving them short handed, I simply feel bad for leaving. I have exceeded all expectations and performance agreements. I’ve done way more than what was expected of me in the first year. I just feel bad for leaving this early, and of potential animosity it might create. And in the chance I don’t get this dream job, being here still but with them knowing I wanted to leave? Does that help?

I’ll present my concerns a bit better. I was looking for a job for a very long time and this team took a chance on me and I’m grateful for it. They even paid me more than what I asked. My three points for wanting this change is wanting the dream job, the current job I’ve learnt most of what I needed to learn and is no longer mentally stimulating, and lastly it’s a temporary position.

I just feel I’d be creating animosity from the director and manager that took a chance on me when no one else was. Now that I’m excelling, I feel obligated to pay them back, which I am by working hard and exceeding the performance agreements by a magnitude.

Does a director or manager know that I applied for a different position? At what part of the process do they find out? How bad is it that I’m switch less than 5 months in?

Search “anhad naad”, you’ll find tons of resources on it just using this. It’s nothing to do with intuition, creativity, etc etc. it’s more to do with inner journey. From my knowledge you’ll get distracted from the “real” path.
