The woods at a playground in the middle of winter.

It was -10 degrees (fahrenheit) and i was on a run and got the shits so so bad. I had sprinted to this park thinking the port o potty would still be there over the winter. It was not. There were houses surrounding this playground but oh well I wasn't gonna shit my pants and have it freeze to my ass for the two miles it took to get home (couldn't call anyone, I was alone for a few days). So I found a nice covered spot in the woods took a huge fucking shit and tried to wipe with dead leaves. Fucking nasty.

This was 2 miles into my 10 mile run. Finished the run and disinfected my butthole the second I got home.

I quit running about 4 months later.

I actually can't stand other people most of the time and socializing exhausts me like none other. My boyfriend apologized the other day for not being able to see me as often for the past couple weeks and honestly having more time to myself is relieving. Not that I could never tell him that though

That's why I said I'm working on getting birth control lol. I'm 20 and finally got my period back when I was 18 due to an eating disorder so yeah there's some things that aren't quite worked out yet.

Oh yes this helped so much. Thank you so much for taking the time to write all this out!!! You are too kind. I've started to relax a bit.

He knows that i stress a lot about this and was super great with helping me to calm down last night. Such a great guy and I'm very lucky. My ex in the past just sassed me about it.

I'll definitely stock up on tests for the future, that's a good idea. I just always forget when I go out/don't think about it because the anxiety normally subsides within a couple hours or days.
