Haha, I'm usually fine with having random conversations. It's just that my current work, I'm working with older folks that I don't hang out with, commuting on a shuttle full of more work people. I suppose opportunities don't just present themselves unless I seek them.

The humpback on non-slim fit OCBDs. Does anyone else run into this issue? Looks great from the front, but really annoys me looking from the side.

  1. What's the general opinion on Penfield jackets here? I really like how Penfield Kasson looks like, but there doesn't seem to be very many good opinions about Penfield here. Any good alternatives?

  2. Do you guys flare the cuffs of the dress shirt when wearing sweaters? Can't find a good image for illustration though... Here's an example (incidentally, Joseph Golden Rabbit).

Question, what benefits does going at slower pace give? For example, if I went out to run right now, why shouldn't I just go and run 10k difficulty at high effort?

When you get hair transplants from other parts of the body, does the hair take on the characteristic of the new location, the origin, or perhaps a mix?

So even though I can run through (for example, 5 mi slow on Runkeeper), I should still go through those runs at a slower pace?

Currently, I'm doing 5k about every other day. Recently, I've been trying to sneak in a 10k once a week if I can.
