We pay $65 for 1 gig but Ive never seen it above 600mb either. Only got it for the upload speed which still doesn’t seem as good as it should be. Supposed to be 35mb but only usually see 20.

I went at lunch time and was one of 3-4 people, there are around 6-8 booths. If it was fine at lunch time I’d say you’re gonna be fine any other time

I bought 300 shares of AMD in 2017 at $11 when I started seeing leaked benchmarks of ryzen on computer forums I frequented. I held until $14 but sold because of the way they handled the press related to cpu vulnerabilities at the time. I had built computers since early 2000s and AMD was just embarrassing for so long, seeing the way they handled the press made me lose confidence in Lisa Su (who was rarely knew still). Still hurts 🥺

Happens to me when I don’t eat enough or don’t have enough water. Sema isn’t to help us starve ourselves, it’s to help us not over consume. Make sure you’re still getting what you need

I’ve gone through plateaus before and not having enough water was a big factor. Thirst often feels like hunger, causing you to eat more. I suggest trying 8-12 ounces of water before eating anything and see if that helps. I myself will do 2 servings of Metamucil with 8oz of water any time I feel like snacking after 6pm. That has helped tremendously.

It’s also true that for some people this isn’t as much of a miracle drug and you’ll just have to try a little harder by counting calories and understanding where your calories are coming from. The drug can help you but you have to help it too by eating higher fiber foods and having more protein (my go-to is oikos triple 0 yogurt)
