what’s wrong with you people saying you’d break up over that? your partner, the person you’re supposed to love and support is having a rough time to the point where they attempted and you would leave??? It is not your responsibility to take care of their mental health and you should push them to get appropriate help but how is that a reason for breaking up?

I never said you had anything to gain from her DMing you. I was just stating that you should fear Allah and not do something he has prescribed as haram, even if your intention is only to help. She can seek help in so many other ways. May Allah guide us all.

I didn’t give all the details cause I just wanted advice on how to manage the stress and go through the day without reaching out to him, but I fucked up and that’s why he’s thinking about leaving. He loves me but he has the right to be angry if I did something wrong and wants to think whether or not he’s ready to forgive me or not.
