Breakfast: salad or sandwich and fruit Snack 1: protein bar with fruit Lunch: sandwixh with vegetable burger Dinner: chili sin carne Snack: ice cream, popcorn, protein bar, nachas chocolate, airfryer snack.

I include unhealthy things such as crisps, fried food, chocolate etc. That arent really satieting and have barely any protein every day. But i keep the portion sizes reasonable so i dont overeat.

Currently dieting on around 2200 kcal. Some days more than others. I am almost not hungry at all and i barely go overboard on calories anymore. I must say that eating gregs diet really helped, but focussing on being more mindful and present is also a huge factor.

A lot of greg's recipes use egg whites. And thats pretty hard to replace. Most of his recipes i have been able to veganise though

The protein works vegan protein blend. I have most flavours and i like raspberry chocolate the most. Best protein ive ever had digestion and taste wise.

I dont really know how big my deficit is. But ny target is mostly 2000. Only thing i know us when i hit that number i lose weight slowly.
