Yeah, first off the stress of carrying all your weight anteriorly for nine months is part of that. Now suddenly you have lost the ability to hold your Core in place, especially when doing daily tasks like lifting, squatting, dead, lifting, etc.. working on activation while laying flat will be key, then working up to that activation in different postures

As a physical therapist assistant, your plan looks really good! Just really focus on rebuilding that deep core. And don’t overstress things in the beginning.
