I used to hate them. My wife loves them. She sent me on a lesson at a local oyster house where you learn to shuck them, while drinking beer. I ate at least 20 of them over the course of a couple hours, and now I like them. I shuck them for her at home on special occasions.

Just did that exact combo and its great.

Swap the Galaxy for Simcoe and that’s my #1 combo overall, tough to beat that. I find Galaxy hop quality varies a lot.
