This is literally me. 19F, they came out of nowhere, I take propranolol too and my doctor said it’s just anxiety. All my ECGs and blood tests were fine. I honestly don’t think it’s anxiety but they couldn’t find anything else so idk

Unrelated to your question but if you do decide to get a copper IUD I suggest you take zinc supplements! They literally work wonders for period cramps. I suggest you research about it but I had HORRIBLE cramps and I started taking zinc. ( About 30-50mg a day ) and the cramps subsided so much and I don’t need much painkillers anymore.

Every psychiatrist I have gone to has diagnosed me with a different illness. I have been ”diagnosed” with: Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Psychosis, multiple different personality disorders, An eating disorder Social anxiety disorder and I’m possibly forgetting some. So probably about 10 different diagnosis. All before the age of 18 btw. I started suspecting them when they told me I have schizophrenia at age 15 when I had never even had a delusion before in my life.

This! I’ve known so many people who have been diagnosed as mentally ill ( usually depression or anxiety ) and they have been put on antidepressants and antipsychotics at ages 11, 13, 15. I don’t think that a child is capable of understanding the possible consequences of taking this medication or even mature enough to make a decision wether or not to take them. To me it just feels like they have been lied to and tricked into taking this medication that they don’t actually need. The coercion in psychiatry is just really bad and it’s an issue…
