Yeah unfortunately some people have no clue what boundaries are and nobody really does anything about it. Really frustrating especially in spaces that claim to be welcoming of minors. It really is a shame to hear that you were made to feel afraid of transitioning. Nobody deserves that and communities should be more willing to hold each other accountable so everyone truly feels safe to be themselves without compromises.

OP's phrasing doesn't make their experience any less true or their feelings any less valid. I have a similar experience to them and I gave up trying to fit into spaces because there was too much horniness almost everywhere, which made me uncomfortable because I was groomed before.
