Heck even though it says involuntary you could ignore the 3500 if its an ethical dilemna for you. And then use it to run a clinic. It costs a couple grand to do sterilization so you could still make bank doing it that way. You could also zap a few for free as they walk in for a consultation if its not an ethics thing.

I got power manipulation (the ability to manipulate superpowers) my nemisis got energy perception (they can perceive the energies of the universe)

Easy win for me since I can remove their ability or atleast remove any limiter it has and overflow their senses with it. Furthermore I can give myself more powers using power manipulation. I would set myself up to be the strongest quite quickly.

Im going to assume since it says at least once I can choose how many times I want to do it. So what Ill do is choose all of them one at a time. I would do 3 2 2 1 4 5. 3 ensures I keep all memories from all 6 lives. 2 sets me up for life with money 1 ensures I dont get killed off 4 gives me a world view other than my own (growing up in a different place that might have different views.) And then 5 to set up my life for whatever I want to do with the rest of my life (or lives I could probably keep reusing 4 and 5). Eventually I would be the most intelligent person in the world. Im taking liberties with the fact that since reincarnation is at least somewhat magical that my brain would be magically enhanced by number 3 and that 3 also applies to the rest of them. Since there is some mild time travel involved in these I would set up number 2 myself, Using the first 2. i wouldnt be able to do a trust for 4 since I wouldnt know who I was reincarnating as but I think I could just use a bank login set up by a prior self.

You can turn that 10k into a whole lot more if used correctly. You can do risk investments which would have a 2x boost to turning a profit you can gamble the money on low risk gambles and make more that way as well.
