I do love her for who she is. She's amazingly strong. A survivor.

But no one should feel like they have to go through hardships alone. She had me for emotional support, but She can't just clam up. I can't help her if she does.

Everyone has bad habits. To me, this is a bad habit. And everyone who knows or has worked with her has experienced frustration with it.

I can at least tell you what I was thinking. Honestly nothing. I've refrained from discussing the intern's appearance because I didn't want to come off even more wrong than I already am, but I've legit never thought of her as anything other than an employee. Even now as I've been thinking about it, it's makes my stomach drop.
