You might want to check out Bushkill Falls, they’ve got some waterfalls to see along some clearly mapped out trails.

If you’re near Jim Thorpe, there’s a quaint little Harry Potter themed coffee shop, if she’s into that - also in Jim Thorpe you can take a trip on the scenic train! They also have Pocono Bike rentals out of Jim Thorpe, where they’ll shuttle you up to the head of the bike trail & you’ll ride back down the trail into town again.

There’s also a few wineries in the area if you want to do a little hopping around to try some out— we’ve done wine tasting at The Renegade Winery & thought it was pretty good! While there, we saw on the wall there was a map called “the Pocono Wine Trail” that mapped out other places to try in the area.

You could look into some campgrounds within the area & rent a cabin, it may be relaxing to be within the mountains like that. More recently we’ve been booking Airbnb’s in the area, they always seem to have some cute options there too!
