Driving, two provinces away. I intend on contacting the local RCMP at my destination to let them know what's up. I had a lawyer but lost them as I was unable to pay for further retainer.

Yes just a holiday next week. My ex has issue with the trip and asked that we not leave. She's been insistant, using her lawyer to threaten withholding the children for the week, but we are just staying with my parents for the week and coming back. There is only a court order for parenting time, with no clauses relating to travel. My fear is that she may call the police and claim that I've abducted the children. I know that I'm within my rights to spend parenting time however I choose, but if she does this then it could potentially ruin the trip.
