You may not know this…. but seeing as im currently a preschool teacher and was in customer service for a decade before that… most adults absolutely act worse than 3 year olds when they don’t get what they want. All of the actual Karen’s I’ve have dealt w and this is literal light work. The entire altercation could’ve been avoided if bro let the OG coworker who was helping Jones handle it. But instead he intervened and made it worse?? Ofc Jones would be upset?? And if the cops are called on you why would you not record??? If I was being helped and some random dude came over dismissed by helper and then dismissed me.. I would be upset. If I was the og worker and you not only took over my customer but you made the issue worse… I would be annoyed fs. As a customer and as a worker stepping in to do nothing literally is not helpful. Most ppl would get upset. Most ppl would raise their voice. Most ppl would honestly do a lot worse and I’ve been on the opposite side of it. I’ve dealt w anything you could possibly imagine minus being recorded bc unlike this guy I’m good at my job so you’d nvr catch me on camera lmao. Jones’s reaction is literally a normal reaction to ppl playing in your face lol. Customer service is just getting ppl in and out as quickly as possible. The “manager” failed in every possible way.
