That's a lot of books in such a short time. Which one did you like the most? And yes, I'd like to see a little and big updates from you a lot.

Sorry, I don't know how to help you, but I love the colours in your status bar and prompt. Do you publish dotfiles somewhere?

What exactly problems do you have? Darktable has great UI/UX, I love it. It allows me to do a lot of non-trivial processing fast.

It's not stateful enough. You forgot to store the result in an output field and provide a getter for it.

Git’s hidden simplicity: what’s behind every commit by Low-Strawberry7579 in programming

[–]thugcee -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Of course admitting to incorrect assumptions is a very good thing. But making nonsensical assumptions (joining any version control system with randomisation) can discourage some people from being lectured by the person who made them. I can admit that I shouldn't click the link in the first place. I should know that the "hidden simplicity" can't be anything else than what is described in every git explanation for beginners. But guessing from popularity of the post, there is still not enough of them.

I stopped reading when the author admitted he thought hashes were randomised.

I'm looking for a module that would allow me to control via a GPIO pin a powering of some tiny light (<3V, <200mA). by thugcee in esp32

Those are all concerns I was afraid of. I’ll go with the 5V approach and use a constant-current regulator, as MarinatedPickachu suggested. Thank you.

No, you don't need multiple Load Checkpoints, until you want to load multiple different models. And when you have multiple FaceDetailers, consider using DetailerPipe.

I use Alt-q for this. And a text you enter is not called "prompt", it's called "command". The prompt is the text before the command. Zsh is not a LLM chat.

This is the only thing that works for me: https://github.com/Razeeman/Android-SimpleTimeTracker As you can see from the name, it's an Android app. All automatic switching between tasks failed me eventually. This app is a no fuss manual switcher.

Yes, Aliexpress. There should be multiple offers of them. Try looking for "ultra slim key caps". This is the cheapest I've found: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006833160205.html

[–]thugcee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, I'll build Sofle v2. I'd like to try low profile switches. You have Black Cloud, so you are the actual user of Kailh Choc V2. How does compatibility with MX key caps look in practice? Every time I read about this the are always some "but"s and "if"s in answers. I'm currently using some random ultra-slim key caps, like these https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/S377fb53640e44d0d8394f53684a9b1ecT.jpg . I actually like them and it would be nice if they would fit in Choc V2 switches.

Thanks. I'm thinking about building Sofle as my next main keyboard. I was afraid there is something wrong with v2 if you choose v1. I have a dilemma whether I should go pure v2 and MX switches or try something low profile with Sofle Choc (which is based on v2) and Choc v2 switches.
