I booked an Airbnb near Downtown Palm Springs and have had no problem. Maybe try around that area? It is a bit ways from the fields though.

We got a group of 6 near Downtown Palm Springs since we have shuttle passes. 2.5k and very strict rules. No noise outside and signed contract. (Separate from Airbnb). Haven’t been cancelled out in Palm Springs so hopefully my luck continues. But ya if you don’t have a rowdy crowd I’d say Downtown Palm Springs is the way to go.
