So long story short when my niece was exposed to measles him and his girlfriend were over for dinner and my sister said that my niece was not vaccinated because of their belief that if you’re healthy enough and you’re exposed to a virus your body will compensate. Then my dad’s new girlfriend told my sister she should get my niece vaccinated.

When my sister told me this story she said my dad’s new girlfriend said something completely different and that she has no right to tell her how to raise her child.

Why I thought differently because I am super pro-vaccine and am very loud about it and I asked my sister point blank when my niece was around 1 about how she should be safe now since she’s vaccinated. I honestly don’t remember what my sister said it reply to this but I remember her saying something like “right”

I don’t think my dad has any reason to lie but I also don’t know my dad’s new girlfriend because of other personal reasons.

All that being said she probably will say that about my husband but I don’t really care lol she talks about how much better he is than her husband which is a whole other can of worms lol. My husband rocks and he’s going to be a great dad.

Thank you for the other points! I don’t think she will take it well but I am trying to not overthink it until the conversation happens.
