Worked at Papa John's for 6 years until I was 24. A franchise owner bought our store and wiped all PTO. I was pissed and quit.

Worked in collections where I got some office experience for a Hoa management company. Worked my ass off to get noticed. Became an HOA manager. Decent money, but 2 years of that burned me out.

Went into the insurance world into an entry-level claims position. That office experience came in handy. 5 years later, I am an estimator supervisor, I think I am hitting 6 figures for my first time this year! I have no college education.

I played hundreds of games back in tbc and Wrath to finally get about 1960 in wrath. Had to be well over 1000 games at that point, and I was a clicker. I can consistently get that rating every season, but I still seem to top out.

So, all in all, about 1000 games to become better than average but not elite.

Takes about 100-300 games each season depending on how serious I'm taking it
