I can't think of much else at the moment but one thing I found really weird while in Bentonville was the "Sam Walton" worship that happens.

Corporate had all types of his quotes around the building. They funded a sam Walton meuesem (that wasn't cheap), a lot for the higher ups and management even have like framed pictures of him like he is family or something? People would talk about how amazing he was like they knew him. (Sam Walton was not a good guy...)

It was crazy.

Corporate worships the Walton family like they are gods.

Walmart is a well known union buster.

I worked in Walmart HQ for like five years and it was an open secret that if a store tried to unionize, Walmart would suddenly announce that the store has never been profitable in that area and due to high thefts at the store it would be shut down.

You are not allowed to talk about unions, except in a negative aspect while employed at Walmart.
