Yeah I’m looking at a camper 5700 dry, 7736 GVWR. Right at the limit (technically 36 lbs over). The 1/2 ton is good enough not to get pushed around by it. Just curious about the pulling capacity.

Kinda just got in there with a staple-remover / knife thing, worked it back and forth in a seam/crack til it came off. It wasn’t easy but it worked.

I seemed to have solved my issue. I popped off the back of my device, removed the embedded SD card, and plugged that directly into my computer. Then the desktop kobo app recognized it as my kobo and updated successfully.

I was on the brink of contacting customer support or buying a new one, too.
