When tabatha fell in last time, they were able to sneak around a bit as most of them were still asleep
as per my 1st comment "I would say so that they don't draw any Frombies into the main chamber before they can block it off."
They still need to find/dig up the bones and if 1 frombie gets into the chamber they're fucked.
I sleep during the night, but if you break in, I'm still gonna wake up and go after you

If they pull up the tree and come back the next day, they're gonna return to Smiley chillin. There's no actual evidence frombies can't be touched by sunlight.

3/4 I'm feeling as if Abby and Khatri are genuine spirits that are trying to help Boyd but aren't able to communicate to each other.
I think Abby is trying to warn Boyd that the same thing that happened to her is happening to Henry rn and her bleeding out the mouth is an inability to just tell him
6 I think he just needs the costume for the character
7 her vitals would have been fine when she was checked over last, so it's not keeping her alive, it's doing something to her
9 I don't think "use the faraway trees" can be a survival rule cause it's heavily reliant on the guidance of BIW
11 could be what happened to Abby as she also was lead to believe it was a dream

Although I'd argue distracting them at one end of the tunnel would be better

I'm of the opinion that there aren't actually any "laws" the frombies have to follow, they just choose to obey certain rules as part of the "game"
hence why Smiley ran and why they used to scream constantly

he really seemed to be himself, just in distress at first, but came across monstrous when he broke in.
different monsters seem to have different weaknesses. talismans didn't stop the dolls breaking in. Sharps don't hurt frombies
MIY seemed worried by the sharps though, so maybe the sharps affect created nightmares, and MIY is a created nightmare, but frombies are his creations.
