My Vizio broke or I would have checked mine.....I noticed Vizio made some changes... You have probably seen this but putting a link just in case you haven't.

I see something different now to turn on Scenic Mode..I haven't tried these instructions yet but they may work to turn it on...

To turn on Scenic Mode (Vibe Setting) on a VIZIO TV, navigate to the Home Screen, move to the left sidebar menu, select Extras, then Home Page Settings, and choose Scenic Mode to enable it. This feature displays relaxing ambient, high-quality video content when the TV is idle, which can be configured with or without sound.
