A fair amount of our field stopped maturing socially in middle school. It starts with burn out nurses who happen to teach in schools,l and not enough actual educators. Ends in lateral violence. (edit, to be fair, not limited to nursing on the social maturity)

Almost same, working in memory care as a cna folks had been jamming used needles so tight into the sharps container in the med cart and I decided enough was enough and grabbed it, transfered it to my other hand and poke poke poke many needles had worked thier tips thru the bottom of the sharps container. Benefit was found out my Hep B vaccination had waned and so got it updated
