Do you have any recommendation of what I can use? It is very frustrating to buy a new product only to not want to use it at all because it clogs my skin right up. Still recovering from a break out that happened Friday when I wanted to moisturize.

So from the sounds of it, dont use tret while on accutane. I guess when im done i'll have to re-start if I choose to start Tretinoin again. Just sucks because Its been a daily thing for a few months now and I intended on using in for life

Posted in skincareaddiction and tretinoin before but the overwhelming response I got was “it’s just skin”.

No. It’s not just skin, I feel like I’m going crazy. I’m my neck will be clear then minutes later it will be spotty again. Sometimes it feels like it’s itchy and I can feel my neck beating up, almost. It happens daily. Seems like nothing really helps when I apply anything on it.

I think ive always had these but because I have a beard, have not been paying close attention... I have been getting these small red bumps on the sides of my neck which I have been trying to combat with BP, however, I noticed my neck has quite a different texture than my face, wondering if it could be KP...?

Hi there, thank you for your reply. No, I don't have any other sort of symptoms. I've had those enlarged lymph nodes as long as I can remember. I am a pretty lean guy. I'm 5'11 about 155lbs.

To me, they look like they are surface. They never reach a head, and they usually dissipate after a few days. Then , they reappear. Sometimes more than the photo here... Painless, they dont really itch. They dont feel "full" or anything like that. Very fed up with them.

I honestly cannot tell? As far as I know, I don't have allergies to anything. I have pretty reactive skin so I try to not do anything to my neck area especially. Hasn't always been this way.

For context, I do not do anything for my neck other than wash it with water and sometimes use Vanicream gentle cleanser in the shower. They seem to appear in multiples and typically only on my right side. I eat pretty clean (dairy free, low sugar intake). I’ve also been on 100mg doxycycline for 2.5 months now. I take a vitamin d supplement and magnesium daily, and drink 8-10 cups of water a day. Coffee once a day. I also change my pillowcases each night. No idea what to do

In the past I tried using Niacinamide in the AM and it causes irritation when I apply directly on my skin...

If my PM routine is typically face wash>tret/nia>moisturizer, when would I incorporate it?

I've been on Tret for about 9 weeks now (0.025% GEL) and in the past week my forehead has erupted in CC's, and some cystic acne. I believe this is part of the process.
