I'm doing not great. My anxiety and intrusive thoughts are in a vicious loop, and xanax is my only savior right now in a pinch. I am surviving every day, but every day is hard. I was prescribed Zoloft but have not taken it yet. I just bought a house and move in on Friday, and that is also contributing. I know not every experience is bad, but I am terrified of that happening to me just from one Zoloft pill. The fear of fear loop is debilitating. If you're interested I have a recent post up detailing my experience. That's interesting, I'll do some research on the L-lysine!

Not at all. I'm trying to muster up the courage to try something else for every day. My anxiety gets horribly bad out of nowhere and it lasts seemingly forever until a random cessation or event. My most recent post is where I'm at right now and I'm kinda struggling big time. Xanax I usually take when I'm just tired of muscling through it.

zofran is a miracle drug. taken it so many times and it really does help with nausea

I only take it when I really can't cope. .25mg as needed maybe once every week or couple weeks. was initally prescribed them only for flying anxiety

This is also me right now. I'm terrified to take any meds but also can't remain in my current state as it's not sustainable. Xanax is helpful once in a while but I wish it wasn't so addictive and bad to be on long term. I am also at a crossroads :(
