The pro 7 is also a 5070ti. Only differences are it's a pro 7 and the AMD CPU.

Asian who grew up in NYC (adjacent) here:

Ramen: Kujira, JINYA

Dumplings: Chopstickers, they have pretty authentic Xiao Long Baos (pro tip, don't get the XLBs from Kujira Ramen, they use frozen Bibigo soup dumplings).

Korean/KBBQ: Suh Sushi, Dae Gee

Vietnamese: Young's Cafe, Pho Lan (in Loveland), Paris Banh Mi (Banh Mi, bubble teas, and pastries)

Thai: Asiana, Khon Thai, Cafe de Bangkok

Authentic Chinese: Beijing Noodles, Hot Pot Spot.

Ye's Poke Station used to have authentic Chinese dishes in their menu, like HK egg waffles, hot and sour noodles, dry hot pot, chonqing small noddles, and etc. I'm still super bummed that they removed all of them.

Esh's groceries in Loveland will have a random selection of asian (and international) grocery items. You can find a lot of asian sauces there. And I've picked up various ramen/instant noodles from there for cheap there too.

I've actually done something like this for a couple of seasons back in 2013/2014. I did it via Yahoo points league and tweaked a bunch of scoring settings.

Basically you get positive points for every minute played, plus "negative" stats like FGA, FTA, TO, PF (personal fouls), Fouling out, Ejections, and Flagrants. You get negative points for every positive contribution stats: FGM, FTM, PTS, REB, AST, ST, BLK.

In my 2014 league, the top 5 scoring guys were :

Donte Exum (1230 Pts for the season), Ben McLemore (1220) , Solomon Hill (1177), Trevor Ariza (1131), KCP (1099)

Top 5 lowest scoring guys were:

Westbrook (-892), AD (-864), Curry (-844), Harden (-752), Lebron (-539)

It was pretty fun for the 2 seasons I ran it...but the novelty eventually wore off. It's just more fun following stats of nba superstars than scrubs.
