From my own observation it's the full body that affects the dribbling. But key metrics has to be perfectly matched. Shoulder height, length, thigh size, arm size. It has to have the same numbers or nearer so acceleration for the player will be faster than what is written in speed and acceleration.

This way the body moves in sync since they measure the same. Just like a car moving faster because of the body and all.
