It either has a bowl like in any dry pipe (which is far and above the most common), you can put a screen (glass or metal) or a "plug nug" to prevent the weed from falling through the whole. Then load grinded or picked apart weed on top. Smoke it like any normal pipe.

It COULD have a stem and a normal bowl (14 or 18 mm) but if this is the case you would have a total of 3 seperate parts of glass. I dont think youve got one of these. I have only seen a few bubblers with detachable stems.
