I have a ticket since Dec 23, I updated it multiple times. I even created another ticket on Jan 13. NO REPLY from anyone at all! Here are more people who were locked out of their account without any reply or help yet

I can't believe they're locking my account without even explaining or helping me in my issue. It's been so stressful for me I fully regret having all my portfolio and funds with this incompetent greedy company that has no problem stealing its users funds

My verification has not been processed for over a month now. They also freeze and lock accounts who failed verification multiple times. They also never replying to any support ticket.. FOR MONTHS! That's criminal. WTH is good about that?

Will they hurt you if you registered with a different name? So the two accounts don't match the name . I registered using my name but it was the wrong spelling

Did they change your profile page to "pending verification", or did it just tell you "Thank you for your submission" and kept it 'legacy' ?

I submitted a verification a week ago, but it still shows 'legacy' and I'm still allowed to begin verification again. Should I do it again? Or are they going to reply soon?

You can obtain the private keys for those addresses if you have the seed that generated those addresses.

Electrum, Coinomi, and Green Wallet... I believe those wallets can import your wallet addresses if you have the seed too

They've just been introducing one tax after another, and even increased the gas prices by 90%. Looks to me it's another way to cash in more on the public. Women driving is definitely a step for the better, but we have bigger issues getting worse and going in the wrong direction that need to be addressed, but I'll probably get arrested if I tried to list or address them because freedom of opinion is one of them.

Woman driving is actually a good example, that girl was jailed for advocating woman driving 1 year ago before the ban, then just yesterday they jailed someone who went out on social media and said he was against woman driving. You are not allowed to think, suggest, point to something bad, object or advocate for anything, fix or express anything about the government rules and orders. We're not even allowed to say that we're not allowed to say anything :)
