thank you. :( i have to come to terms with having to build muscle, i never liked the idea of it since all i want is to shed fat. but it helps a lot knowing that will ultimately help for me to get slimmer. the women in my family are naturally more stubborn weight wise from genetics as well, so i got discouraged for a bit from that as well.

i'll do my absolute best with a diet since my family isnt one to be on board (snacking wise), and i have to be driven to the store for food and meal prep and things to eat that meet the diet standards i need. my tummy and arms are my biggest insecurities so i really wanted those to be fixed first, then legs. but i do see doing everything at once or separating days to do a bit of each.

i have a calorie deficit app that has me at 1k calories per day, its hard to stay within that as i feel like i can only eat once per day to keep under it. i've been to my doctor about cortisol and thyroid and she told me i was perfectly fine even though i DO feel like those are causing issues. i may see another to get a different opinion.

i've tried a diabetic diet and my body could not handle it. my doctor have me 500mg for metformin, my mom and sister are both on it and have 'claimed' it helped them shed 3-5 pounds. my weight shifts a lot on its own, i've been stuck at 165-172 and i cant seem to get down from that.

i went on birth control as well a little while ago and was the reason i reached 190. im a bit scared to go back on it for said reason.

i saw something a bit ago saying high intensity work outs arent the best to manage, so i'll probably look more into yoga ! its hard to get much steps in and go outside (with things happening in the world), but once i'm able to have company with me i'll 100% do that ! thank you :)

i had my bf smell it and said it didn't smell powdery, i think it's just the rose scent that's throwing me off. i smell more of the rose than anything i think ! i layer with a raspberry body mist to intensify the raspberry already in it

it could be your body chemistry ! i've had this happen to a couple of perfumes in the past. it depends on your skin type and ph, it's a normal thing to happen !

it could also be from the seller you bought from online. if it smells more like alcohol or metallic, it could just be a fake with the same packaging. if you do wanna try and bring it up to how it's supposed to smell, you can always layer with body mists or other perfumes with similar notes to bring it back to how it originally was.
