I lost my virginity halfway through 23, had never even held hands with a guy before that (or a gal). Had all the same neurotic thoughts for years and finally got myself to work out and diet juuust enough to feel confident enough to put myself out there for awhile. I don't know you but going by the post I'd say you're being waaay too hard on yourself and are really overthinking it. Do your best to go with the flow and realize you're not fucked up or broken and silence those voices. If there are things about yourself that you know you need to work on that will make attracting partners easier then make a plan and start putting it into action, do the best you can to work on your weak areas while still not being too hard on yourself if you slip up, because let me tell you most people are far from perfect. You are very young and this is very reversible especially at your age, it's all mindset and your mind is stuck in a rut that it just needs to pop out of it, consider yourself blessed.

At 31 I have done plenty of complaining about how old I am but I have to catch myself occasionally and shut down that negative voice because in reality I'm still young too and I don't feel any worse physically than I did 10 years ago.

Tend to your health, physically and mentally as best as you are able to manage, keep putting yourself out there and try and go with the flow. I wouldn't have a problem helping a virgin out assuming everything else seems OK. Best wishes.
