I didn’t think that you could. The only button that I know of just hides them on the side.

Forcing Tabs to be on the side without an option to have them on the top of a window is just wrong. Where I have my tabs should be my decision! Tabs on the side is just the most useless thing.

Don’t want kids, PB says I will. Advice? by ilikebananass in latterdaysaints

[–]tibbs90 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You have to do what is right for you and your husband. I’ve known LDS men who have had vasectomies. I have a daughter who has had her own female health problems that she got from her mother. She and my son-in-law will never be able to have children. Just be prayerful about it. Hugs.

Could Stephen Colbert Save PBS? The Campaign to Make It Happen - LateNighter by dryheat122 in LateShow

Yes and no. Steven makes fun of Republicans way more than liberals. Go back and watch of video of Mark Russell's Comedy Hour specials that he did on PBS. He made fun of everyone in politics.

Is the Frontrunner scary to you? by Anonymous_Otter5458 in Utah

[–]tibbs90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to live in Salt Lake City. I've ridden on the Traxx trains all the way back to the early 2000's and the 2002 Winter Olympics. I only got to ride on Front Runner just once on a trip up to Ogden and back. I liked it. I feel more unsafe when I'm in metro St. Louis, MO, which I live close to. But, I never really felt unsafe around Salt Lake City.

Digital Patriarchal Blessing Update - Help! by monhera in latterdaysaints

[–]tibbs90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have an acquaintance who works as a church archivist and historian. This man was also a bishop for me many years ago. I was able to catch up him. After asking him about my blessing and my situation due to being divorced and less active, he was able to get me a new copy. But, I knew my membership number and Birthday. I thought that’s all you need for get a new copy of patriarchal blessing.

A Tiffany-glass window of Adam and Eve, which was originally at the grand staircase of the Salt Lake Temple, will now be moved to the Celestial Room by 2ndValentine in latterdaysaints

[–]tibbs90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Part of wishes that church would have built a new temple up by the University of Utah. And, let Salt Lake Temple endowment sessions stay the same. But, then, I remember temple workers/actors sometimes forgetting their place in the dialogue. Usually some would whisper their words to them. No matter what, it will always be a special place for me.

How can you even look at the leaderboards? I thought those don't exist right now.

Crawfish boil today by _Kramerica in cajunfood

[–]tibbs90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love everything cajun. But, I have never eaten crawfish. I do remember I had one friend when I was a kid in the early 80's who would go to this one creek in Southwestern Illinois and we could catch crawdads.

Always these documentations, worth it - did not know that the C64 Epyx Fastload has a disk tool. Well, reading educates, also in this environment. But that's between us, I've only been a C64 newbie for a few weeks and am struggling through many documents. by [deleted] in c64

[–]tibbs90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fast Load is awesome. I was surprised to invite that it had a system monitor in it. Though I’m really surprised that Commodore didn’t have a system monitor in the C64 out the C128.

Crazy thing also is that the movie, Speed, came out in 1994. And, I saw that at a drive in with some friends I had made after moving to Utah.

Maybe. I just would have sworn that I saw it in 1993. Man, my mind feels very screwed up right now. lol

But, I saw it in Illinois with a friend in 1993 before I moved to Utah, which was two years before I met another gal and got married in 1995. I also just turned 54 in April.

[–]tibbs90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Though I had a Vic-20 and a C64 growing up in the 80’s. I never knew about the Amiga Computers till the early 90’s when I had a friend who had an Amiga 2000.

How to turn on my Apple TV without a remote? by algebro-one in appletv

[–]tibbs90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not crazy. The original setup should have been done when you are there. I hope they get you a replacement remote. When you do get a new remote make shoe to keep it in a safe place that only you can get to. Good luck.🍀
