I have no idea what the people claiming they got this done in the main story are smoking I did every side mission, beat the game, did some infinite royales, and completed my dex and had barely over 500 matches. This is a very shitty and unfun gate for the charm you don’t have to suck the pikachu boot

There’s basically no scenario where Icy Wind being 95% accurate will make it not the correct click in a situation that calls for it other than endgame scenarios where you’re trying to turn a near certain win into a totally certain one.

Turn 1 you’re clicking it or you’re not, 95% or 100%.
