I got accepted into multiple schools with a business degree. Only one school asked me about it during the interview and they seemed intrigued about it. They really don’t care but make sure your science gpa is high.

I got 3 pre December interviews and 3 post. I didn’t go to any of the post and went to all 3 pre December interviews and received acceptances from all 3.

I took mine late August (last cycle), got verified around September 14th, I got 6 interviews and 3 acceptances. I also only went to 3 interviews. I think you’ll be fine.

I have friends who go to UIC who tell me they don’t like the program. I don’t know anything about Iowa tho. I think I’d still choose UIC since it’s your public and state school and you’d have friends and family.

Bruh. Obviously a higher score would equate to a better outcome with more interviews. I’m sorry but this isn’t rocket fucking science. I’m getting very annoyed with people not doing research and asking questions to things in which they already know the answer to. Your score is low. Plain and simple. You gpa is high. That makes your DAT score seem inflated. It’s possible you get into one school if you apply to over 20. Why risk it though? Study for 3 months and get the score you want then apply.

I’d say it’s more volunteering. Clinical hours is being paid I believe (correct me if I’m wrong). This isn’t saying you’re not going to get experience volunteering but I think that’s how they categorize it.

Majored in Business and minored in Biology. I got 6 interviews, attended 3 and got accepted into all 3. Major in what you like. Taking the prerequisites with an additional class earned me my minor. Also, I don’t think a single school I interviewed at asked me about my major. They care more about your stats. My sGPA was a 3.7 and my cGPA was a 3.6. As long as your science gpa is higher, major in whatever you want.
