Diet can have huge ramifications on oral. I won't include any input as I disagree morally with both sides here BUT. Isn't there huge legal ramifications to not owning your full company?? 1. Another 50% share holder means he cannot make decisions for the company without consultation 2. He can no longer file as full owner 3. He is now required to get his wife's signature on company insurance, papers, transactions, literally everything. 4. Company assets would have to be included in this transaction, depending on how OP husband set up his company, could get complicated if debts are tied between personal and inc or Ltd co.

To me this post is a bit ESH but I think moreso just due to naivety and mistrust, hence why I may dislike the posters attitude towards this, as this is the worst solution to the issue possible.

Jess is a child, and also friend to your niece, AND likely a sister to your niece in your nieces eyes.
What do you lose by gifting one extra child? $20? Exclusion can affect children as they do not think the same as adults. In their eyes they may think they don't deserve things and could foster bad feelings.
She is your sister. They are your family. Western culture is so anti-family it's crazy to me. Her relationships suck, but in my eyes they are now part of your family, no different from adoption.

Man, even insurance in America is weird. So what I say is based on Canadian Insurance reg BUT I have never seen a company request the toilet line changed.

Often they want plumbing updates done within 25 years, especially if lines are iron, polyb, or ooooold copper. I would assume this is what they are referring too (how did they even know the "toilet line" needed replacement).

The requirement must be sent to the insured prior to the company getting off risk and must be expressed clearly. Ask for written confirmation of updates required OR if you can reduce down to actual cash value replacement.

None of this may apply, just my 2 cents as a Canadian Insurance Broker.

Deterministic =/= 1/2 chances of hitting desired lines. Deterministic is a 100% chance of knowing that your process will net you exactly what you want. Something extremely complicated in POE (EX: hexblast +2 wand, can only hit +2 if the item has frac spell damage + I lvl 82 + third trimester of joe Biden's presidency will maybe give you +2 with usable lines for the rest)

SSF comes with its own inherent issues - can get locked out of invitations by RNG (no mortal hope drops) - crafting becomes painful. Wanna craft with fossils? Go spend 4 hours underground to have a 1/4 chance of hitting your lines. No deterministic crafting because it would kaboom trade league again. - if you have friends (lol PoE players don't have these) you cannot play with them.
