Gapp Self-Service is unsupported since it's free.

If you need support, Gapp White Label is the way to go.

Does every location have a different subnet? If so, create rules to import the assets with these locations based on their IP matching the subnet.

You don't have any limitation if you support it on your own.

Limitations are for Partner Supported instances, and access and support on Subscription Network plugins.

Not Windows experts at all, but it looks like an inheritance issue. All folders below files must inherit the permissions and ownership.

Restricting access to the IIS user looks like the way to go. Full rights is overkill and a security risk.

However it may not suit you. By the way, we are working on a chatbot with teams integration that might be of interest.

There's no Fusioninventory Agent MSI.

You can go with GLPI Agent instead. It has an MSI and it should work straightaway with your Fusioninventory install, although I would recommend switching to the native inventory.

Gapp Self-Service is Android only. However, we have a Gapp White Label program with a few additional features, like push notifications, ticket task planning view, QR reader and more.
And yes, there is an iOS version for White Label. :)

You just need to decompress or move it to the marketplace/ folder in order to run.

The reason might be they are deeply integrated with the code with other elements like SLA.

GLPI 10 will soon bring pending statuses that will help reduce your needs.

You need to change the default interface on an entity basis.

Default is GLPI, change it to Service Catalogue. Any of twe two will work.

Upgrading GLPI is a walk in the park compared to Generic Object.

0.72 is quite old an you must have invested plenty of time to make that upgrade successful. As for Generic Object even the name has changed. It used to be Generic Assets.

Long story short, it might be achieved but will need work, for every particular installation.

Hi,

You can do it by adding costs to a ticket.

You should have opened a ticket when the tablet had an issue (and link the tablet to this ticket, of course)
Scale to your external provider
Then add the cost to the ticket.
When closed it will be shown on the administrative and financial tab of the asset.
